About the Founder
Dr. Tobias Schneider founded Arc Legal to bridge legal precision with strategic insight. A former Municipal Councillor (Conseil communal) of Collonges, Valais (2021–2024) and in-house Data Protection Officer (DPD) at the HEP-VS (Haute École Pédagogique du Valais, 2023–2026), he brings a direct understanding of the institutional and regulatory environment of Swiss public-sector and higher-education clients. With over 15 years of experience spanning Switzerland, the United States, and the Middle East, he advises on commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters, and facilitates mediation and governance initiatives.
