Billing principles
- The first consultation (30 minutes) is always free with no obligation
- Every engagement starts with a written confirmation of scope and fee
- Fixed fees do not change if the scope does not change — any adjustment is agreed in advance
- Monthly billing (retainers) or upon delivery of the agreed deliverable
- Payment terms: 30 days upon receipt. Swiss or international bank transfer.
- VAT: Arc Legal is below the CHF 100,000 threshold and does not charge VAT
